Lisa Gunther, PharmD, FASHP, FCSHP, is currently the Medication Safety Officer at the Adventist Health Medical Center in Glendale, California. Prior to this, Dr. Gunther provided Kaiser Permanente with 34 years of service where she held various positions from Director of Pharmacy Finance at the Corporate Pharmacy Offices in Downey, to Drug Education Coordinator and Inpatient Pharmacist Specialist at the Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in West Los Angeles. She did her Pharmacist Internship at the Kaiser Mental Health Center in Los Angeles.

Dr. Gunther is a Past President and Chair of the Board of Directors of the California Society of Health-System Pharmacists (CSHP), and the Immediate Past President of the CSHP Research & Education Foundation. She also served CSHP in 2015 as a Director on the Board of Directors and from 2004 to 2010 as CSHP Treasurer.
